Horse Gram Uses, Recipes, Side Effects. Horse gram – Dolichos biflorus Linn. It is called Kulattha in Ayurveda. The whole seeds of horsegram is used as cattle feed. Its whole seed is also consumed, as sprouts or whole meal in some parts of India.
